If your enquiry is urgent or you travel within the next 24 hours please call the Main Office, we can then ensure you are satisfied with some direct contact. All other enquiries are usually dealt with within 2 hours during office hours.
Once your booking has been accepted onto our system you will receive an email confirmation with all your details, please ensure you check they are all correct and reply with your confirmation.
Aura accept all major credit cards, we do not add any additional charges for the use of cards. Full Account facilities can be arranged for all business clients, a credit check may be required to obtain this facility.
